I just back back from an epic 3 day ski weekend at Bachelor. It was powder and sunny. In my haste to make first chair I left the lights on. My son did a header and lost the gopro which we found. But... I made us the last ones on the summit and basically the last ones in the lot. Well needless to say the batteries were so dead the remote locks didn't work. I just reached back and engaged the blue sea and wham we are good to go. That is the coolest feeling when you know you are not stranded. It's like finding your keys (or lost gopro after 30 minutes digging).
I can't top the battery story, but a few years ago I playfully threw a snowball at my wife in a parking lot in winter park- no gloves and in the cold my wedding ring went flying into a giant snow bank. Oh man that was stressful! We finally noticed a nickel sized hole in the bank and sure enough it was below.
Was the door or window open and you hit her? Or was the windshield always the intended target?
