Toby should have the original.

Good candidate for Traveler (F or R), or Vario (F or R).
Vario will offer more adjustability, especially if you have long legs to best support under your thighs more or less as you desire.
If you want to feel more "tucked in" to the seat, I'd recommend R seat bottom/thigh bolsters.

Okay that's great to know----I'll see if that's available to a potential customer.

Did you guys that installed your own Scheel Mann and opted for seat heaters have to run an additional power wire or is there one there in the OEM harness? I'm assuming possibly there was a optional Ford seat heater maybe...don't know. Don't have my van on hand yet to look/test.

Where did you guys mount your heater switches? where do you wish you had mounted them?

Well if I make that trip any work would be done is less than an hour, company always welcome if my stories wouldn't bore you to tears.

I've reached out to MG's friend just now and will see about a visit at their convenience.

All aboard?

Apoligies if that came across as a dig- no, Not at all! I enjoyed meeting you. Preoccupied with bathroom remodel this week so missed this... no road trips for me until this project gets wrapped up

No I didn't take that as a dig at all---just my attempt at being funny. I enjoyed meeting you as well---good times!

So just this morning I did speak with MG's friend whose a very cool guy! It seems he has more than a few Sheel-Mann seats already installed so much that he's considering asking Toby for better pricing especially if he's going to be acting as an eastern casual showroom? I suggested he just charge us looky-loos a few bucks each for his time?!?!

Anyway his schedule is very flexible so with a bit of notice he'll certainly host me (and company ?) when I'll be in his general area.

Good luck with the bathroom project AnnieO!

Update on this. Seats are coming. I ended up with the vario non xxl even though I'm 6'4". I spent about an hour with Toby and it was a tough decision. They are all very comfortable and I'm in the furniture business also so maybe more familiar with lumbar support etc. I'll report back. I will have 2 sets of Sienna seats for sale after mine are in. The grey ones I have installed have MG's swivel on the passenger. Post coming soon for these to offset the huge investment.

6'4"; do you have extremely long legs but a short torso height?
I'm very surprised you're going with Vario Non-XXL at your overall height.
