Yeah, I know it's been a bit since I've been on the board. I am having recurring problems with my AC (STILL) and I'm so very irritated with the whole SMB experience that I've just been laying low so as to not spoil it for everyone else. 

3 weeks ago when I was getting my ac worked on again, Alan had a print out of that article, and was asking me about it.
