Not SMB, but it was on an SMB trip... the Colorado is flooded and took out many campgrounds around Moab. We got flagged down coming back from Hurrah pass to find some locals had discovered how muddy a flood can make things...
+1 for the 12K winch. Took 8 or 9 pulls with me sitting in the Jeep standing on the brakes, and the limiting factor was traction on the Jeep. It didn't help they had no tow points.
