911 - Safe spot to park near Seattle airport?

Perhaps I'm dreaming. We're in Olympic NP for the next two days and most likely will be taking the Bainbridge Island Ferry to Seattle late tomorrow night. I've got the Ferry schedule and will be making a late reservation for our 25' rig.

I haven't been to Seattle before and need to know if there is a safe place to park to grab a few hours sleep within a half hour or so of SEA??? We need to be there by 0530. A Walmart or the like is fine with me for that night as long as it's not dangerous. I'm not overly freaked out by this. We've done it several times when it fit, just don't want to get robbed.

Thanks

I spoke too soon I think. I can just use the airport over-height parking lot and be right there. $4/hour or $30/day. It's probably the best option but still curious if you locals have better ideas. Thanks

You can park in the street in front of my house in West Seattle. It's a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking for a mh. Pm me if your interested. We are about 20min to the airport. Not to far awhile from the ferry either.

Awesome trip so far Dave, were flying the kids home to grandparents (planned) and heading east slowly. Unfortunately it's raining in Olympic for the weekend.

Rob, thanks very much. I typed this before the airport parking idea came to me but they actually have available RV parking. I'll get in touch if plans change. My wife will go through security etc with them while I stay with the rig so paying for airport parking may be the best way for me to get some sleep!

If for some reason it doesn't work out at the airport, you're more than welcome to park at my place in South Seattle as well.

You never know about rain out there.... sometimes forecast will say rain all weekend and you'll be bathing in sunshine!

Currently at Mora CG near Forks Wa. Spent the day at the Hoh rainforest. What a place!
Tomorrow over to Hurricane Ridge/Port Angeles and then to Seattle on Saturday. After that North Cascades.
