Central Coast Meet and Greet

FYI there is currently a central coast meet&Greet being organized for the weekend of March 15th. It will be held in the wilderness area off rt 166 between Santa Maria and New Cuyama. This is an expedition portals event so there will be many other vehicles besides SMB. See here http://www.expeditionportal.com/ If you do not allready have a user login you will need one to see the info. This forum is highly reccomneded IMHO. Go to planned expediotons and events; Other. Here you will find the info. See you there!

Here is the link http://expeditionportal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3959
If that does not work then into the portal forums and look in "Expedition and Trip Planning" then look under "Planned Expeditions and events other" There you will see the thread of central coast meet and greet. Like I said you will need a login to see this section of the site.

Jeff & Seth,

I'm heading down 99 from SMB-Fresno on Friday and could peel of to meet you guys later that evening, if you're going.

I missed the DV caper and I'd like to meet up with you guys.

Anyone else up for this?

Central Coast Trip

Can't make it all the way down, but my buddy and I will be leaving Santa Rosa on Friday after the kids get out of school and heading for the coast. We will be traviling down Hwy One via Santa Cruz and Monterey, free style camping. We are looking to make it down to Linekiln or Plasket Creek, who knows. We will be in a sliver SMB 4x4 (aka The Sliver Fox) and a white SMB 4x4 (aka The White Wale). Maybe we will see some of you on the road.

Checked my calendar, and it's a no-go for me. Frankly, I usually avoid crowds, anyway. That's why I got the van.
