Dave Druck sent me a website showing the suggestions for shutdown. Not sure where I put the link but it's fairly detailed and looks like they want most of it cut off.

I would head up soon just incase......it's one of my all time favorite areas.

It's an all too alarming trend going on and needs to be stopped. If we all let this happen we only have ourselves to blame. Before long there won't be hardly anyplace that is not restricted to vehicle use. Unreal. Guess I better get down there.

I honestly don't know and have just written or sent stuff to my senator or representatives. I'm probably part of the problem as somebody who doesn't take more action. Like I said, it's my fault as well.

My nod goes to the Blue Ribbon Coalition. https://www.sharetrails.org/
They are a non-profit that has been fighting for access to our public lands for a long time and don't discriminate regarding your method of transportation. I first found them as a mountain biker struggling with access to local trails in the Los Angeles area.
