Disabled Explorers Baja Trip June 10-13th

I am leaving in the am to take a double amputee down to Baja for a few days. We will pass through San Felipe, Puertocitos and be staying in Gonzaga Bay on thurs & fri.
Sat am we will start heading back & beach camp around San Felipe I think.

I am pretty sure I remember there being some forum members who live/stay in the area and wanted to get contact info in case of emergency or just to say Hi.

Please post here or email info AT disabledexplorers DOT org
my cell is 602 Four 51 Six 079
and we will have the Spot Satellite Messenger running, the link is on the DE homepage

Looking forward to a great but fast trip, going to meet up with Coco and talk prosthetics and what he needs to get back on 2 legs, our double amputee participant will also get to have a great time.

In addition I would like to thank Baja Bound insurance for helping us out for this trip...and I hope for all our Mexican Insurance needs. Geoff was super easy to deal with and lightning quick.

Re: Disabled Explorers Baja Trip June 10-13th

I've sure posted a lot here on the Forum about having folks stop by and see us just north of Gonzaga. Several SMBer's have taken me up on it and it was great meeting everyone.
Well, we sold our place down there and now are spending full time in the States to see more of our own Country. We spent over twenty years in Baja and thot it was time for a change.

Have a good trip and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy....

Good lord Scatter, you leaving Baja sounds like the end of an era. It would be like me leaving Montana for Ohio!
