I don't know, looks nice but I got to ski 30+" of fresh powder at our local resort.

Nice job capturing the beauty of the desert and VoF State Park.
Funny thing in general about the desert landscape, I never seem to be able to capture it in pictures. The colors, the texture, the stillness of the desert are all hard (for me) to translate to digital. I guess that's what keeps me coming back :-)

My pictures look nothing like the beauty that is there in the Valley of Fire because I am not a very good photographer with my cell phone. But my pictures look better on my phone than they do on this Forum. I guess the quality gets downgraded when the pictures are sized for the thread. It seems like the quality of my pictures was better before the change to the new Forum site. But, the readers still get an idea of what the Valley of Fire looks like.

You are making me miss the desert. Great photos.

Love that park. I might have stayed in that same site.
The host when I was there used tiki torches all over his site; looked fantastic at night.
NV's state parks are the best. Wish CA's were even close.

Pics are gigantic, so much so that they won't download. I sure miss the old forum days when stuff just worked.

The pictures are huge! Taking way too long to show up and be presented in the correct size. After a while some of them become small and presentable but others seem to be stuck on half 'developed'.
ADMIN. - Please get this fixed! Pictures are a very important part of this forum!
macmcintire - The pictures that I can see are great. You do a good job with your cell phone letting us, especially us who have never been there, see what the area is like. I remember pictures of the meet and greet that was held there and I need to find time to come and visit.
Glad you took the time to share with us your pictures.
Mike

I don't think the pic sizing is an admin issue. Its actually nice that the forum auto-sizes sizes things down a bit, but its the user that needs to upload pics that are manageable in size. The old forum required you to size the pics yourself otherwise they wouldn't upload.
