Entire Group Camp Alone!!!

Group of friends booked Kuykendall group camp here in Western NC and then all chickened out Friday because of temps in low 20s! I saw my chance and took it. HUGE group camp to myself on Fri night!! This open space could easily fit 100 tents and it was all mine.

Sat night was warmer and a bit more crowded with friends and family.

Love it. You get some great experiences when you step out on your own.

This is exactly why furnaces are so valuable in the van. Just expands the number of weekends you can go camping and also gets you out there away from the crowds more!

We love that area. We camp at Davidson River and Mt Pisgah several time a year.
