Re: Going to this spot to Mountain bike 111 48.729 / 34 49.9

Had a great weekend riding.

This is the spot at Rosanita saddle I parked/camped

Had some drizzel and cool temps on saturday and sunday but monday was perfect.

On the trail riding up the fire break.

Finish the beer and lets get going.

Doing some bouldering and took this of the trail and the bike.

After 3 rides and some trail work Im still getting the Goose mind meld to do another.

Fire road climb back to the van.

Finally I think she is getting tired

Is this the chantry flat/chialo area? Sorry, can't get the waypoint to show up on my maps.

If so, I didn't realize there were boondock camping options available nearby.

It has been a long time since I've ridden up there....too long.

Thanks
Rob

That looks like a great ride. Thanks for posting the GPS track. I may have to go give it a try one of these days.

OK see these pretty Flowers on each side of the trail.

STAY AWAY

Its Poodle brush and it is 10 times worse then poison oak. I know I had it for the last 2 weeks. Whats worse is it has a airborn phase that can put you in the ER.

This shows up after a burn and then dies out once the normal vegetation takes hold.

Dont Do This. Good thing I ride in a long sleeve jersy.
