Re: Jackson Hole "Meet and Greet" summer 2013

Hi All

My SO and I are driving to the Tetons from Ohio in mid June. We have to leave for home around the 19th-21st of June but would love to participate if the M & G is during that time.

Can't say yet if that time is good for me, but last time I was there (fall) it was spectacular:

Jackson Hole "Meet and Greet" summer 2013

Late June before the crowds sounds good to me. July would work but would be tight. Cannot do August because we will be at the beach.

Re: Jackson Hole "Meet and Greet" June 21st thru 23rd

I wish I could join ya'all but getting summer vacation just isn't possible for me. Eric understands the FedEx vacation bidding thing.

I do have 3 weeks of vacation in April/May and have been looking for somewhere to go. If anyone else wants to do a meet and greet during my vacation I could use a destination. I would like to head back to Chaco Canyon and spend more time hiking around the ruins. Anyone live in the 4 corners area and have in interest in cliff dwellings?

Not trying to hijack the thread..........Well maybe just a little

Re: Jackson Hole "Meet and Greet" June 21st thru 23rd

Doesn't it get crowded in late June around there?
At least from my visits during late May and early June, times are good during most years. Mild weather and most of the stuff is open with no crowds…at least the times I’ve been there. I’m sure it depends on the snow season.
I’ve stayed at Crystal Creek CG but in the boondock area. There is a small group camp across the road. From what I gather, it can hold several rigs, but those who want to stay where there is a single bathroom they can stay in the main campground.

Ron has been there. What do you think Ron???
