As for others my holiday are already planned out. So I would join in case it makes sense for a weekend trip with kids from the Bay Area.

I was thinking the 23rd to the 25th as the official dates. Of course I might ad a week to my stay there.

It might help everyone if you could put the dates in title of the post.

June 23-25th 2023 Bend Oregon region. I’d suggest south of bend to avoid the crowds. Tons of really good dispersed areas south around winter ridge, summer lake, paisley. I’d lobby for Hart Mtn. I knows it a lot farther but hard to beat.

I would add the dates to the title if I knew how.

Yes this are the official dates, however you are welcome to stay longer or come early.

I don't know how to change "posts" either - but all further posts could include ALL details re all dates, times, locations - and any updates - thru copy and paste from old posts ?

At some time (cut off/deadlines ?) a date and location should/must be chosen for people from any location out west or east coast - to begin plans to take off work time, travel time, etc.

You can pm an admin and ask to have the dates added into the title, or start a new official meet thread with dates added since the majority of this thread was for gauging nterest and choosing where. Now we know the when and where, the new thread should discuss timeframes and the activities that will be going on during the meet (if any).
