Hi Rick,
Jackie and I are here. You won't see us on your kind of roads, but we'll be around town. We've been canyoneering, hiking, and road bicycling. Have fun!

I did......a 2012 350 XCF-W, previous owner tore the bike down, had the frame powder coated orange and put on all new plastics, pretty nice. Had my real initiation that weekend riding with 4 other experienced off roaders, managed a few slow wrecks but the doozy was launching the bike 20 feet in the air trying to go up a rock ledge on fins n things, epic! Luckily the bike landed in the soft sand ditch and I only tweeked my throttle housing, amazing how durable these things are. Bummer we missed each other, camped at the zoo lot, willow springs, not my choice, I had to finally whap on our neighbors RV door at 9 pm to tell them to shut off the generator after it ran for 4 hrs while we cooked and hung out by our fire, they didn't step out once! Crazy.....anyway, great trip all the same.

Re: Moab Oct. 16-19

Yes, once I narrowed down my choice to this particular model, several that I found on CL sold quickly, missed out on a 2014 (I think) with 100 miles on it that had been parked in a garage in a vail vacation condo. I was the second caller on it, guy drove up from Denver and snagged it the next morning. I had to go all the way out and back in one day to grand junction, a 5 hr trip one way, to get this one. Happy with it. Had looked at the 350 EXC-F, comes with all the road legal stuff, nice bike, but gearing is more for road vs. off-road. PO had titled this bike, so it was easy to plate with no further inspection, got an extra set of wheels and mounted up dot approved knobies and added a rear brake light switch and I'm set to go! Would be great to do a meet up in the spring with SMB's and bikes, I think I may have a RZR by then for the wife and kid, and that'll require a new bigger trailer, ugh!......Moab anyone?

Re: Moab Oct. 16-19

Unless you live in CA (like me)...a plated XCF-W is much more desirable than an EXC-F.....
