Strap around the circumference, and tighten it which will help force the beads towards the edge of the rim. The strap by itself won't be enough you will still need a high volume compressor or air tank. Sometimes removing the valve stem core will help let air in more quickly and can help seat the bead. This method worked for me when I came across an SUV stuck in the sand w both front tires flat from popped beads. He luckily had a ratchet strap and I was able to air the tires back up. I have the ARB dual and 5gal tank. I now keep a heavy duty ratchet strap in my kit.
