Re: Overland Expo 2010
Thanks to all who replied. I'm really fired up about seeing the SMB'ers who show up in 'Zona next month.
I wanna end with this cool observation about this forum: It's a really good thing that everyone (almost everyone) is so simpatico here. This has got to be the ONLY place in RV-dom where a thread can start out talking about something happening in the desert of Arizona and be hi-jacked by an elephant in Thailand!! (I'm laughing!) And on top of that--no one thinks this is weird!! (I like this place.)

There is a bad idea if I ever saw one. Half built and going to the Disneyland of ideas for builds. You're going to come back wanting to cut the back off your van, bolt it the whole thing to a CXT and install a fishtank, popcorn maker and three more axles.
Good times.

You mean like this?
Homebuilt Mitsubishi Fuso truck camper owned by a couple from Alaska/Baja, seen at Furnace Creek in Death Valley National Park last month.
