Re: Overland Expo 2014

Great info Phil! Looking forward to this trip. Had a few PM's from others that may join us on that route.

Re: Overland Expo 2014

This was "our" first Expo, after hoping to make each of the last two. I say "our" because my co-pilot/navigator ended up not making it due to her real job.

I can say that we will try not to miss in the future. It was great fun. Great to see all the variety of vehicles, but really great to see all the SMBs !! (and even to meet the owners!)

It seemed that Jeeps and SMBs were the most numerous of the vehicles present that you could actually acquire new today.

Lots-o-fun.

(photos will be coming soon)

Re: Overland Expo 2014

I agree - we had an amazing time, learned a bunch and started yet another list of cool ideas for our rig.

Unfortunately, we seemed to have overloaded our schedule with classes, so we kept missing our opportunities to meet most of the fellow SMB owners. Lesson learned, we'll give ourselves more time to "hang out" next year!

Hope everyone got home safe (we saw two SMB's in shops on the way home - one in Flagstaff, and one in Yucca...).
