Yes, we are going and planning on being there Thursday. May stay for only a day or so before continuing on to Tucson Mountain Park, Sedona, and beyond...

Re: OVERLAND EXPO APRIL1-3 IN AMADO, AZ ( 30 MI S OF TUCSON)

I'll be heading out to the Expo early next week, driving down from the Bay Area. Google Maps suggests taking I-5 and then Highway 60 east to get through LA although taking I-10 results in about the same distance. I'm guessing that I'll be in that area around mid-afternoon. Any local recommendations regarding using Highway 60 vs. I-10 to avoid normal traffic congestion for that time of day?

I'm planning on being there especially if they finish my Krawler trailer. They want me to display it behind the SMB. Dick D.
