Parking spot near Telluride, CO?

The Yeti is set to launch next week. Hooray! We're headed to Telluride, CO for some spring skiing. Most of the National Forest land is closed for winter. We've found a campground 30 minutes away as a plan B, but would love to skip the hour of daily driving.

Seeking an overnight parking spot near town. A patch of driveway, street, or dirt would do. Can offer a personal Yeti tour or other fair fee or barter.

Seems like half of Flagstaff is at Telluride right now for spring break. Could be some interesting travel coming back this weekend against the wind.

We'll be in Durango the following weekend for the finale of the Southern Series Finale ski race at Purgatory. Bring it.

There is a a campground right on the main drag in Telluride that I have stayed at. Very convenient and you can walk to the gondola. I think it is a county campground.
