Just a kind of quick feedback instead of a long report.
Being at Pinecrest Lake lately I took the Pinecrest Peak Trail that you can review in the video of snailtrail4x4 on youtube ("Exploring Pinecrest Peak Trail with some friends").
I also did the loop he mentions that is a bit "rougher". Nothing to be afraid of!
Took us ~2-3 hours going up and down including a break at the peak and was a cool quick trip. You're passing quite some areas where you would never expect to see big trailers and we have been impressed how they got their cattle/ horse trailers up there.
One spot got fairly tight and I had to position my van properly, but nothing critical along the way.
