Re: Ski Resorts & Chasing the Dragon

We used our van a lot for skiing and camping. Only in Washington however. Camped at Alpental, Crystal, and Stevens multiple times.

Re: Ski Resorts & Chasing the Dragon

Most of the ski areas in Oregon allow overnight RV parking. Some even keep some restrooms open. We have also parked at sno parks near the ski areas. The ultimate ski RV spot was Silver Star in Vernon, BC. They had RV spots for $13/night (after exchange rate) with electrical, restrooms, and a swimming pool/hot tub. A propane truck even came by to fill up the tank!!

That was several years ago, they have probably been bought by a corporation and built a condo on the spot by now.
