Haven't heard of them, but Good Sam Club has something similar, though you'd have to join Good Sam to enroll I believe.

I have had a Family Plan with Motorcycle Protection from MedJet Assist. Have had one for almost ten years now.

Small price to pay to have a flight home. Only requirement is that you were sick enough to be Hospitalized, with no ristriction as for what and no pre-existing conditions clause! If you are bad they send a Private Jet with medical staff, If well enough to travel Comerical they book you First class and send a nurse to fly with you!

Its not Skymed but you might check into buying a SPOT. When I bought mine it came with a years coverage, I think I pay an extra $13 a year for the service now. Don't know if they cover Rover or not.

Have had my Spot Messenger for several years with the extra coverage, it gives my family and my wife and I great comfort. I wouldn't leave home without it.
