Re: SMB Gatherings

I wish.

But, my wife is returning from Europe (after 5 weeks) on the 5th. I think I would greatly shorten my life expectancy if I went to Gorman on the 6th.

Re: SMB Gatherings

Mike,

What's one more day after five weeks? I'm sure Dorothy would understand.

SMB Gatherings

We are headed to the Metolius for the weekend before the campgrounds close for the winter. Not sure which of the ten campgrounds we will be in. Probable pick one north of Camp Sherman You are welcome to stop by.

SMB Gatherings

Plan B going to either Beachside or Tillicum parks on he Oregon coast. There is a fire southwest of the Metolius and the smoke is laying in the valley.

Good call, Larrie. It's a bit smoky on this side of the hill for sure!

Alan/SMB West has been one of the sponsors of the Expedition Portal Rendvous events a few times now, including the upcoming event in Big Bear. He also attended the Toys for Tots event that Adventureduo hosted with the Marines and gave away a Colman Hot Water on Demand system in the raffle. Come to think of it he was also at the Gorman 4 wheel parts outing a year or two ago.

FYI: There is another 4-Wheel Parts Customer Apprection Day coming up at the end of the month, Sept 30th 2012:

Can't remember when we went, but Gooseberry and I had a good camp out there to beat the crowds.

I don't think previous owner purchasers were ever included in the SMB sponsored rallies. And I thought they were more like $250. But I don't know, having never been in the "new" crowd.
