There is a no leash dog beach just south of Bolsa Chica close enough to walk to if the meet is at the south end of Bolsa near Huntington Beach if that is where it is held.
This info is for 1der if anyone has dogs!

It’s bolsa chica state beach. On pacific coast highway between Warner and Seapoint streets. Bolsa chica state beach is between sunset beach and Huntington Beach
