Turns out I was just a few miles from Doug in Perth. I didn't realize until it was the night before I headed back to the states. We at least we're able to chat by phone but we're not able to meet up which would have been nice. Looking forward to meeting up when he gets to CA in a few months.
Had a great Christmas down under where it seems every 10th-15th vehicle is a full expedition ready Land Cruiser, Patrol or other vehicle we don't have. A lot of fun eyeing all the cool vehicle setups and of course spending time with family.
