Okay so congratulations and now for the questions..............

How much ($$) Is it a 3/4 or one ton chassis? Is the box a 10' or 12'?

I'm hoping you keep those uber-cool seat covers?

I like the empty room configuration you have---it'll be an easy build out. Entry and egress will be a bit of a challenge---I've always been partial to that body having a side entry, steps attached to the frame so they don't protrude beyond the body side.

FWIW if I owned a wide vehicle like this I'd opt for a back up camera system that included views to the side that would replace the existing West Coast style door-mounted mirrors. This outfit has a lot of choices: https://www.rearviewsafety.com/

Worth a look even if its to start a wish list.
