Aluminess tire carrier to full bumper

Ok all, I know I am all over the place with selling, not selling my van but it is my life at the moment, literally changing all the time. I am just going to keep plugging away on the projects that will get me where I want to go or at the very least be an asset for selling later. Sooooooooo, my next "big" purchase (was going to be a hight top) is an Aluminess rear bumper, however, I already have the Aluminess driver side tire carrier, my question is two fold; what did the PO have to do to install the tire carrier? ( I think I remember reading somewhere about enlarging the hinge to accept a larger bolt) And what is the tire carrier worth when I go to sell it?

Basically the hinge is drilled a bit on the bottom and the pin hammered out. Then a pin with nut is inserted to hold the strap that supports the upright. You would need to do the same for the full bumper with swing arms, but one is already done for you.

I purchased my tire carrier from one of the awesome members here for 300 bucks. It was in good order but did not include the spacer or the support bracket. Another awesome member sent me a spacer and I improvised a support bracket.

Hit me up when you sell it. I'm in the market for a used one.
