You're probably close, right there.

I've re-read everything and don't see what the problem in #47 turned out to be or how you got it from 580 to over 700. Can you fill us in on the deets?

Ok, so tuning switched from SCT platform to HP tuners. Also I was short on pump. The initial power loss was from not having the highest flow HPOP available, I switched to the RCD Thumper 2. I still was short on power. That got me to the mid 600’s.

We found that in HP tuners code for a 6.0 FICM ( all platforms really ) would pull fuel from the injectors above 3000rpm. That’s where I make all my power. Big turbo = lag = I make all my power ABOVE 3k rpm. Soooooo, after hours of trial and error we found no matter how much fuel we threw at the van it still defuled to 1.8 ( or something like that ) microseconds.

We had to get in touch with the engineers at HP tuners and they fixed the problem.

That being said, my particular van ficm “operating system “ wasn’t apart of the “fix” and couldn’t be for some reason.

So slapped a F series FICM in there , tunes it and boom. Problem solved.

I would love to know how you routed the hoses for your fuel pressure regulator kit. Looks like you also ran lines to the back of the fuel rail as well.

I see from one of the pics you ran one of the hoses along the bottom side of the valve cover. Where did you end mounting the regulator and how did you secure the hoses.
