Class C Conversion to 4x4

Folks
Hope this finds you all well ;-)

Me: all good, baby girl started Kindergarten last week
Closed my shop, moved online, went broke LOL, but happy as a full time dad

Anyway:
We have a paid for Majestic 19ft, Class C, Ford E350
Layout and everything works for us
Not the coolest (my '86 Westy) not the most macho (My SMB "Wilson")
but this is my 14th rig and happy with it.

We live in So Cal, use it 2-3 days a week daycamping at the beach
We see ALOT of rigs, i have poked my head in quite a few

So:
Paid for rig (important, i have to support TWO households in So Cal, ours and Ex-wife LOL)
E350 with 150,000 miles, all stock
Upgrades in the works, two awnings, Monsta Liner lower skirt
Second battery, solar, all in under $5,000
10 mpg if i am gentle, same as my 4x4 SMB BTW with V10
NOT suitable for many of the Boondock places I need to share with
my daughter.....
Plus our Soon to be Annual Summer Road Trip to National Parks, BFE and beyond ;-)

Plan A:
upgrade suspension
most fixes under $3,000 but will not get me to BLM land up "that trail"

Plan B:
4x4 conversion
Cost when done turnkey (cant do myself) @ $25,000

Conversion:
Weldtec doesn't do Ford
Agile i am not sold on
Chris (Ujoint) has done alot of Class C, but is East coast and needs rig a month....

Questions:
any other RELIABLE turnkey guys in West Coast that have done Class C?

Comments?
any suggestions (keep i mind i am keeping rig, good or bad)
any thoughts?

Thank you in advance
Rob & Ellie

PS
feel free to ask further questions or say hi ;-)

Weldtec does do ford and you should go with them. I love their kit. Plus, they are close to you.

https://weldtecdesigns.com/product/ford-van-lift-kit/

There is a link to one of their kits. Call Jeremy and tell him what you have and what you need. He can do it. The core charge for the I beams almost covered installation in my case. I think he charged me $800 in installation and gave me $500 back in a core charge. They were done in a day.

Pancakes at the beach, crummy picture and no, the dog is not dead LOL
Cooper prefers to bake in the sun, just like his Old Man

Anyone notice the chassie level on the one photo
that is another longer story, with a happy ending BTW

I have thought long and hard about buying one of those and putting a lift on it. Should be awesome when you are done.

If you need it, have them add a rear locker or limited slip while they do the suspension. That and a winch would probably get you out of 99% of all situations you should be taking that thing on. If not, well there are probably bigger problems

My lift kit (without an LSD) rear has taken me plenty of places. Won't help a ton in sand, but travel with a buddy or stay out of the loose stuff and it should be ok.

Post some after-lift pics for us!

Thank you
I know it will rattle and make noise
But what the heck, $25,000 for the 4x4 and save the other $100,000 (new ground up build LOL) for gas

BTW
I regularly have 2-5 wet sandy kids in an out of the rig
Mondays i vacume and wet mop and hose off the dinette cushions
Wipe down the Popsicle and chocolate stains and refill the fridge and pantry at the market. .....
The folks camping/parking around me with their fancy rigs almost stroke out
