JOELMUNOZ3, posting a pic of the fused adapter would be awesome. Thanks for your help.

If that's a recall shouldn't we get it for free?

I guess you could have blown a fuse. I would check that first but hopefully you have your old steering wheel and buttons to swap out. May have damaged the clock spring during the swap?

Thank you JOELMUNOZ3 for taking time out of your work day to post a pic of the fused link.

I think I'd have to run my vin # as the fused pigtail your showing has two plugs that don't look like they would fit my van.

Also, I'm not criticizing Ford's design because I like a simple solution to a problem but that part looks like something I made in the garage out of my spare electric parts. So, to that end why couldn't someone just splice in two ATO/ATM fuse holders into their existing harness near the sensor?

Thanks again for bringing this topic up.

- Eric

OK, I got a new one of these. I looked under at my brake lever and see no such component anywhere. I have a 2007 E350. Where do you put this thing?

On Master Cylinder bottom front. Electric connector pointing down.

I was able to quickly swap the old for the new with only a few drips of fluid. Did not need to bleed brakes after. Don't forget to put a rag under the sensor to catch drips of fluid as it will remove paint in some cases.
