I had maybe 40 thousand on my van and decided to go through the entire front end (and rear) I was blown away by how bad things were worn out. Sloppy bad, never had the death wobble but after all my suspension work was done it really did drive like a new van. Maybe a combination of heavy van with off road use just does not hold up long? Not sure what lead to all the wear but it was worth it in my opinion to get it done right.
