I was able to attach all of the lower panels on the passenger side cabinet. The process was a bit tedious, but once I had it all figured out began to move faster. I am still contemplating how many of the top panels I want to open. Might end up jsut doing all of them. I definitely did decide that i don't need any of the lower ones to open because I don't want my gear in between the cabinets to block access, or have to unpack stuff to get access.

Finished the lower portion of the driver side yesterday. Seems to be coming together well. Picking up the van from CCV this Friday so will be able to install them in a few weeks. Will probably start a full build thread once I get the van back.

Not only does it look good, but that should weather nicely. All in all its definitely a cool project.

Thanks! I can't wait to get them in the van to see the final product. I am salivating while planning how to utilize all of the storage. I think I will be able to fit the large majority of my gear inside of these things. Tables, chairs, dry food, Pack-n-play crib, battery buddy, 1-ton jack, tools, water tank/pump/heater, electrical.... I could probably fit a good chunk of my cooking gear as well, but ultimately want some sort of slide out kitchen built in between them.

Great stuff! Have you open-sourced those 3D printing design files?
