E350 - DIY wall panels - experience with rear AC + driver/ passenger headliner? Pics?

Hey guys

As I still have my headliner out from my paint job I decided to tackle the interior trim removal and swap covered wooden panels in.
Main guidance here comes from the Vandit build!!

But I have and want to keep the rear AC unit.

My basic idea:
- remove all plastic
- cover everything with wood panel/ insulation/ …
- rear AC should be guided up to the roof as it is and then in the top corner driver side to the 2nd row seats
- rear heater the same, but on the floor

Has anyone does this before? How did you do the duct (just wooden box? Round duct hidden behind wooden box?…)?

Vandit’s build is easier in that case, so I’m planning on positioning my 4x8 to the passenger corner to have space on the driver side for the ducting system.

And he reused the original headliner and added a board for a compartment. I’m thinking to redo all this area as well.

So I’m happy if you could share some pics how you did this.
