E350 Swivel Chair (2003)

Heyo,

I have an 03' E350, the driver seat is electric and does not swivel.

I'd like to convert it to a swivel chair, I've noticed that on the base I want to buy the seller notes, "The Ford Swivel Seat Base does not work with a power drivers seat".

Was wondering if anyone knows- does this mean the base wont interface with the power chair at all? Or do it mean that I would have to remove the power chair components before installing the base?
