EB penthouse misaligned holes in roof

So I've oost d before about possible restoration and install of an EB penthouse I got in a junkyard. Well I've decided to go forward with it and have learned a lot from you guys on this forum, IE shoulder bolts, raptor, new canvas, and much more.
Just when I thought I had all the pieces to reassemble something didnt look quite right. Sure enough the rearward vinyl box that holds the Lifting arm in place Is cocked by 1 inch. These are apparently the holes that were drilled from the factory. Anyways one side of the box measures 45" from the forward box. The other side measures 46".
Could someone with an EB penthouse measure the distance from the forawd box that holds the lifting arms secure to the rear one? Should be 45" or 46". If anyone want any specific photos of the penthouse while I have it in pieces let me know.

I haven't seen a perfect one either.

I have no poptop here to measure for you unfortunately.

Mine isn't the same either. Think they set the top in place where it should be set then drill the holes where ever they feel like it. I put it on the same way but didn't like it.
