The vents are curved a bit but a are flexible enough that they conform to the shape of the fender. The vents are 16"long and 6" high at the tallest point.

Thanks for the info. Now if I get serious, I have to decide between those, and these metal ones. At 2-11/16" x 12-1/4", not nearly as large as yours, but I like that they're metal.
Note, this is a company pic from their website showing their louvers against a Jeep fender, but you get the idea.

You did a great job - looks good. What did you use to cut through the fender - a offset grinder?

Nope not yet sorry. I haven't had a chance to check out the temps yet. It does seem that the engine fan does not stay engaged as long during climbs etc.

Also I used an angle grinder to cut the opening and then a Dremel to clean it up a bit.
