That's great provided you don't have any lights mounted there. I discussed that option when I set mine up. I came close to pulling my Hella lights off and replacing them with smaller brighter LED lights up front so the hi-lift would fit. Sure looks better than where my jack is located.

[Edit] Hey Rob you might want to figure a way to lock that baby down...wouldn't last long in my neighborhood

funny you should mention that
my list includes locks for the hilift and the spare

how is that flamethrower LED anyway?

So far so good but I did loose one of my side lights. But you know those front Hellas are worthless when the "flame thrower" is on, so maybe I should have ditched em I'll get that side light fixed (warrentee).
