No, the proportioning valve does not affect left/right bias, only front rear. It does this based on rear ride-height. The ABS unit can affect left/right braking, but it does this by pulsing the brake pressure, so it would not ever block all pressure.

this peritcular unit has the valve and ABS all in one. I will let you know what happens. maybe one of the sensors is bad up front causing the left to grab more??

Fixed! It was the porportioning valve. Stops perfectly now. Thanx for the ideas guys.
