Just put in e450 with hydroboost in rockauto and you should be able to find the lines needed.

I have the factory lines for an E-series hydroboost (brand new) for sale... I ended up making custom stainless braided lines for the Cummins van.

Make a reasonable offer. Can't remember what I was asking for them way back when (been more than a year since I did the conversion). Buyer pays shipping or arrange local pick up.

When I did the conversion on my '13, I remember that the hydroboost studs that go through the firewall weren't exactly the same as the holes in the firewall. I had to drill one for more clearance. I also have a little misalignment of the pedal and push rod. Not enough to worry about since the pedal travel is pretty tight but it wasn't a perfect fit. Pretty close to a bolt-on installation but certainly easier for me since the whole van was torn apart. The body was off the frame when I installed the parts.

Ok, did this today. I used the master cylinder from E-450. The hydroboost slides right in the factory holes for vacuum booster, no modification required.

The van stops great!

Any idea if that e450 booster and master cylinder can go directly in a 95 e350?

Thanks

You would need a pre-E450 (labelled "E-Superduty") donor, because those had rear drum brakes. You would not want to put the newer disc-brake master cylinder onto your drum-brake equipped van. I also don't know if the rear brake cylinders are the same diameter, so there's a chance you'd have to swap those too.

Hydroboost revisited

Anyone have any experience with this vendor?
https://www.powerbrakeservice.net/index.html
Matt Sweeting, he has a one stop shopping kit for the various models in the E-series line.
Here is pricing to upgrade my 2001 E250 Agile 4x4 GTRV converted to a powered Opt Overland Top. She weighs 8200 lbs and towing my non braked raft trailer can get a bit spicy. These are all new parts.
Any thoughts or advice welcome!
Does the Hydroboost affect low speed steering under braking? Any other unanticipated issues?
Thanks, Tor

Hydro-Boost: 475
1-5/16 bore master cylinder: 125
4 Rubber Hose Kit: 265
shipping: 40
Total: $905 shipped

Interesting reading here, am pondering doing this sort of modification now dammit.

So are there any considerations or issues with the stock E-350 ABS system which was/is vacuum assisted naturally. All brake hardware, lines proportioning valves etc remain the same?

So after pestering the NAPA guys, It looks like their Hydro Booster NBB527356 works on my '01 E250 and the related hydraulic lines are NPS 77122 and NPS 76555. My issue is that if I buy the E450 Master Cylinder NMC M3502, the output ports are threaded in a mix of Metric and SAE (Thanks Ford) and I'm not certain how to navigate that.
Do I need upsize my master cylinder to the E450 one or can the E450 Hydroboost be mated to my stock master cylinder?
Rockauto seems to have the parts but limited customer service for parts lookups if its not a stock replacement part.
