L-Track and E-Track

surfmobile recently started a thread on his Penthouse roof rack install and TexGX posted a picture of his Thule/Yakima track install (which is also what I used to mount solar panels to my Sportsmobile Voyager fixed fiberglass top).

But E-Track * 12 gauge horizontal track was recommended to me for movable bunk attachments on a jet ski trailer and in learning about E-Track, I came across L-Track which I think would be a great alternative to Thule/Yakima track for roof racks:

Likely many of you guys and gals already know about these types of tracks. (Search revealed only a post or two.) So, I post for those of you who (like me) didn't.
