If you order black and it comes gun metal gray don't freak. After taking off the plastic wrap it suddenly became the black I wanted. I'm very happy. Now I have to take back the Stant cap I bought. Glad I waited and didn't replace the original.

The people at AMI were very accommodating and eager to provide a solution for our Van's .

I purchased one also and the first prototype didn't quite work for my older 96' van but they came up with a second design and shipped it out.

Fits perfect and took only 15minutes to get it in and locked down.

Yes, it's a quick install. All you really have to do is pull the bolts on the existing door and the rubber bumpers. The new door bolts right up. The door I had SMB put on was for a 2008, so it fits 06-08 Ford vans and probably some older. All you have to do is measure and verify. Oh, I have to thank 94-Man for re-starting the thread. It reminded me to check while sitting around the SMB shop. This topic has been started before and SMB has about 4 doors due to that earlier thread concocted by Greggde and Buji if I recall correctly. Enough members asked and SMB bit. So did I.
