Looking for Through-Floor Exhaust Fitting

I am looking for a SS fitting that I can mount through the floor of my van, attaching a flexible SS exhaust line from my diesel stove to both ends.

Has anyone run into anything like this?

In other words:
My Wallas diesel stove has a 28mm flexible SS exhaust line. I need to route the exhaust through the floor of the van to the exterior, and I need to do it in a manner that shields the floor from the heat of the exhaust line.

ExpeditionNW wrapped his exhaust line in appropriate insulation, ran it through the floor, and sealed with high-temp caulking. That would work. My preference, however, would be to have a fitting mounted in the floor that I would clamp the exhaust hose to from the inside, and then attach another length of exhaust hose at the exterior.

I have found similar fittings that are used as through-hull fittings in the marine industry. One of these would be perfect, except I need to tie to both the inside and the outside of the fitting, and the through-hull fittings are designed to be connected only at the inside. There isn't enough pipe sticking beyond the flange to permit connecting at the exterior. Example photos below.

Has anyone run into anything that might work?

Espar has a fitting similar to those... 30mm Thru Hull Fitting 15°: Espar Heater Parts, Diesel Truck Heaters - Lubrication Specialist

Maybe it would work?

I am looking for a through-bulkhead fitting--a two-way connector--so I can attach exhaust hose to both ends. I can't just run my stove exhaust through the floor of the van and stop. I need to connect exhaust hose to to the fitting under the van, and run it out, past the side of the van, just like the engine exhaust line.
