Media headunit

Hi all,

I already browsed in this forum for more information but it looks like that the last post related to this subject is dated 2016. Because time flies and technology changed so fast, I was wondering what type of media unit do you have and if you are happy with it.

I am looking for :

apple/android car
double din
backup camera
multimedia station
embedded navigation system

so far, I have found that pioneer has a good option but prizy (400-600 USD).

Does anyone build something with a R-Pie?
