Had a friend fabricator work on a Move bumper a couple weeks ago. Just got it back from powder coat. Took much longer than the 4-6 hour estimate from Move and required more fab work than should have been necessary, but alas I think it came out great. Apparently this was the first Move bumper completed for a Savana.
Looks great, but can you tell us more about what your friend had to do to get them right?
my guess is he had to gring of edges because most of the material was cuz on big sheer and plasma cuz so you have to do some grinding no big deal for any fab guy out there I would say it comes with territory

Yeah, just wondering if it's normal pre-assembly prep work, the fact that it was the first set made for a Savana, or other issues that may apply to all their kits. If it's just some grinding, that's no big deal - gonna have to grind the welds afterwards anyway.

The winglets that hug under the fender needed the most work. Pics of the original piece for the driver side followed by the cutting and bending that was also required.
damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn that's a lot of cutting and grinding, when I buidl my bumper I didn't have any cutting involved just grinding welds after it was all done, I guess MOVE has to re think some of their stuff or you should of get a Ford looking good in the end tho so that's all it matters right
