Penthouse bed. (sag?)

I have a Sprinter with penthouse top I took delivery of new late last fall. I have slept in the bed 10 nights. The very back section (not moveable part) is now about 1-1.5" higher than the softer mattress portion. Is this normal or is there some sag taking place?

Re: Penthouse bed. (sag?)

Hi we have a 2012 SMB PH 2500 Sprinter that we have slept about 24 days in and do not have any differential between the height of the fixed and the movable section. That seems very odd. Have you checked to make sure the movable portion is sitting correctly in the channels? Do you leave any bedding on top of the main section when you close the top?

Thanks for the response. I have never left bedding or anything on the mattress with the top down. The moveable portions do appear to sitting correctly.

Perhaps it's back to Fresno for me.
