Quick Aluminess install question

What size drill is used to drill out the expanded bottom edge of the hinge pin?

(not the through hole itself, just the mushroomed bit at the bottom)

I need to remove and de-rust a barn door hinge, trying to be as neat as possible.
Yes, spray lube and penetrating oil didn't work.

I don't remember the exact size, just start with 5/16" and go up slowly. It doesn't matter if you go too large, as long as you stop before you go more than 1/4" or so into the hinge.
