rear end load tamer

rear of my 2010 EB51 layout has about 18" or so of space behind rear bed. (open space) that I want to rig both upper and lower lashing points for cargo net to either hold things in place or as a sling to hold a 2nd level of things above this area on the floor. I know I can put tracks on left and right side of floor with hooks.

Thoughts though on top left and right sides a sturdy section that could hold a bolt/ring as a lashing point?

I did wonder if the bed rail could support this?

thoughts?
