I did. And Grainger.
The combination of small inside diameter to oversized outside diameter seems to make it difficult.
Searched a couple of bolt and fastener type websites as well.

Re: Roof Leak Repairs Round II - The Front Section

Thanks for the help. I appreciate it!
The biggest there seems to be is a 3 inch with a 1/4 inch hole. Which would probably work.

The original poster used a 4 1/2 inch washer which I was hoping to find. 3 inch will probably be fine, but part of me just wants to find a larger one now!
It does seem like a good idea to spread the load a little further out from the hole.

If you don't mind drilling the center hole yourself , search in the electrical section of your local hardware store and look for Round Metal Weatherproof Electrical Box Covers . (4.25 inch round metal discs) cost about $1.50 each

Re: Roof Leak Repairs Round II - The Front Section

I have a 2004 van, after five years I was having some roof lights installed and peter noticed I had some hair line cracks and suggested I get my roof redone, no charge. never had any leaks but took advantage of the offer and had it done. five years later I noticed some hair line cracks and the roof have faded, still no leaks. last year I had it done again with a thicker raptor liner which was 1500 dollars plus 177 to install all new hardware. still no leaks and hopefully this product will last longer.
