Seat Belt-part name

I'm having trouble finding a part. It's related the seat belt and buckle that come up from the floor to the driver's right side and the passenger's left side.

I'm looking for the plastic stand to keep this part standing upright. Or a replacement type with a hard, vinyl coated wire.

Problem is, I can't figure out what the thing is called.

Any help appreciated.

Try http://www.gotbelts.com/mischardware.html , they do sell sleeves. When I look up the part for my van the just call it buckle right and buckle left. I found that at http://www.silverstatefordparts.com
