Shifted front coil

Hey all, been quite a while since I’ve posted. I’ve been hearing a clunking noise over the last few weeks and can’t figure out what it is. Got under the van today and it looks like (to me) that the passenger spring has shifted on the lower mount (maybe?). It’s touching, or very close to, the I beam at this point. The driver side has at least an inch of clearance vs 0 clearance on the passenger side.

The clunk seems to happen when going over bumps or turning sharply. It has gone away in the past, but seems to come back after some bumpy driving (which makes me think that the coil is shifting on and off the bottom pad).

Specs:
-2003 ford e-250 SMB RB 2wd
-Had a 2019 ford e350 front end put on by quad van in 2020 (new takeoff in prep for another van 4x4 conversion)
-Also had bilstein 33-187570 installed at same time, same stock springs

So my questions are:
- Are y’all seeing the same thing? The spring shouldn’t be that far over, right?
- Is the fix getting new bottom cups or something to hold the coil better?
- or could the springs be too short for the new shocks, and I need new/longer springs (in which case, what springs should I get) I’m open to getting springs with better progression, though I really don’t know which ones and id need a shop to install. My van is relatively light 7k total and about 3.3k up front.

Thanks for the input!
